Pro Car Innovations Racing Spec Seat Mounts are laser cut and CNC formed completely from one piece for strength, stiffness and weight savings. This design achieves the same strength if not more than 3/16″ steel by having bends and altering the shape to areas where increased strength and stiffness is required.  Don’t be fooled by thicker heavier steel. 3/16” steel is more widely used for the simplicity of design and manufacturing. These mounts will exceed the strength of the seat and floor they’re bolted to. Some applications depending on the design will call for 3/16.″

This product is designed for side mounted racing seats and off road use only.  Also, using a 5 or 6 point harness is recommended.
